Thank you for using DHL Express.
To maintain high service quality during the upcoming global peak season, DHL will implement a temporary demand surcharge on all international shipments handled through its network.

October 1, 2025 – February 16, 2026

📌 Reason

• Sharp increase in global shipment volume due to peak season
  (Black Friday, holidays, Lunar New Year, etc.)
• Operational cost increase due to network capacity constraints

📌 Applies to

• All DHL Express shipments (including those handled by KMD)

📌 Surcharge Details

The surcharge amount will vary based on destination country, shipment type, and weight. You can check the detailed surcharge table below.

KMD will do its best to keep customers informed in advance about any surcharge changes or delivery delays.
