Dear Customers,

Please be informed of the shipping schedule during the upcoming Chuseok holiday:

🚚 Shipping Service Suspension

• Holiday Period: October 3 (Fri) – October 9 (Thu), 2025

• Reason: KMD Warehouse will be closed for Chuseok. Domestic couriers and international carriers will also be on holiday.

• During this time, all shipping operations will be suspended.

✅ WE SHOP 4U Service

• The WE SHOP 4U purchasing service will continue as usual during the holiday.

• However, delivery of purchased items will resume after October 9 in the order they are ready.

📦 Shipping Cut-Off Date

• Items that are fully prepared for shipping will be dispatched by October 2 (Thu).

• Any shipments after October 3 will be processed starting from October 9.
