Some parcels arrive at the KMD Warehouse without sufficient receiver information such as a recipient name or KMD Personal Locker ID.

In some cases, customers may also forget to register or claim their incoming parcels.

To help locate the rightful owner, KMD will publicly list limited shipment details of unclaimed parcels currently held at our warehouse.

The listed information may include:

• Courier Company
• Tracking Number
• Arrival Date
• Sender Information

If you believe a parcel belongs to you, please contact KMD and provide proof of ownership.

Please include:

• Screenshot of your order page, receipt, or payment confirmation
• Your KMD Personal Locker ID
• Related tracking number or parcel details

After verification, KMD will register the parcel to your Personal Locker.

Please note that KMD may request additional verification if ownership cannot be clearly confirmed.
