After signing in to KMDelivered.com, click on "My Account" and then select "Profile" From there, you can change your password, shipping address, phone number, and other account details.
How do I change or recover my password?
Basically you don't have to change or reset your password because KMD log-in system can be used by putting in 6 digit code when it comes to log in. It means KMD system only requires email address and 6 digit code is assigned to your email address when you register. So all you can do is just to key in the code.
We do not ask any further personal information for registration. However, more detailed information is required when you request shipping out or you have to declare specific product information for customs clearance in your country.
How can I register my shipping address?
Please go to "My Account" and then "Profile" > "Saved Address" > "Add a new address" to register your shipping address. You can register multiple addresses on that page.
Address: Please make sure to provide the correct shipping address. KMD will not be responsible for any shipping issues resulting from an incorrect address provided by you.

I do not know my domestic tracking number yet. How can I submit My Incoming Order form?
If you don’t know the domestic tracking number for your incoming package, there’s no need to worry. We will create the 'Incoming Order Form' on your behalf once your package arrives at our warehouse. You will receive a notification email as soon as your package arrives. After receiving the notification, please go to WE SHIP 4U orders and provide the order details by clicking the 'Please Submit Required Info' button. Your package will then be automatically received and will appear in MY PACKAGES.
I'm trying to fill up the My Incoming Order form, but it says the tracking number already exists. What should I do?
If your package arrives at our warehouse without a "My Incoming Order Form" submitted, we will register the package to your personal ID using the domestic tracking number of your package. If the package is already listed in your ID, you will not be able to submit the form with the same tracking number. Please go to "WE SHIP 4U Orders" and provide the order details by clicking the "Please Submit Required Info" button next to the corresponding tracking number. The package will then be automatically received and will appear in "My Packages"

Yes, you can assign different shipping addresses for each of your packages. You can add as many shipping addresses as you'd like from "My Account > Profile > Saved Addresses > Add a New Address"
Do you provide domestic delivery service?
No, domestic delivery service is not provided on KMD. However, you can choose domestic delivery option at Kpopmart.com at your cost.
Can I send a package from abroad?
Our services are primarily designed to receive packages from Korea and forward them to international addresses. While we are happy to assist with forwarding these packages, we are unable to aid in the clearance of customs for items being imported. This means we cannot provide the necessary support required for importing items purchased from overseas. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause and appreciate your understanding.
I cannot select a shipping address for my package.

A package may be returned to the shipper for several reasons:
1. Incorrect address or contact information provided.

It is the customer's responsibility to provide accurate address information and ensure timely customs clearance. KMD does not assume responsibility for packages returned for the above reasons. The shipping fee you pay does NOT include customs duties and taxes. These additional charges may be imposed by the customs authorities of the destination country. As the recipient, you are responsible for paying any duties and taxes levied upon importation. Please note that we have no control over customs charges, as they are determined by your local customs office. Important Notes: The original shipping fee will not be refunded for packages returned due to customs clearance issues. If a package is returned due to customs clearance failure, a return shipping fee and applicable duties and taxes will be charged.
Can I undervalue my order for customs?
We do not undervalue your orders. Customs use the value to clear your goods and determine the duties and taxes. We are required to declare the value of prices paid for items accurately on the commercial invoice to ensure that your package arrives without serious troubles at customs. Undervaluation of goods is taken very seriously by the authorities and can result in a fine or your goods being seized. And if the customs authorities question the value you've provided, they may ask the receiver to provide proof of sale. So to avoid this delay, your carrier or broker will ask you for evidence of sales such as a contract or bank payment. Also, if your packages are lost or damaged during transit, you will be only get compensated based on the invoice value stated on the commercial invoice. Should I enter the item value for a free gift?
Even for free items, the declared price should be no less than US$1, as every commodity should have its own value. Please note that local customs might suspect the item’s value if it is significantly undervalued, even if it is a free gift. Therefore, we recommend declaring the full price (or a price close to the market price) to avoid any customs issues, such as shipping delays or returns. Thank you for your understanding.
My package was delivered to the warehouse. Why can't I see it on my Dashboard?
It usually takes 12-24 business hours to process your package, but processing time might be delayed depending on our daily package volume. As soon as your package is received and registered to your personal ID, you will receive an automated email. If you cannot see the package listed on your dashboard for over a week, please contact our support team. In some cases, if the package arrives without the suite number, it will be on hold until the package owner confirms the package tracking number.
What are the benefits of Consolidation?
Shipping costs are calculated based on either the actual weight or the dimensional weight of the package, whichever is greater. By consolidating your packages, you can reduce shipping costs by combining multiple packages into a single BOX.
Consolidation service: When you request consolidation, we will unpack all items from original outer packaging and combine them into one box to minimize the dimensional weight of the package.
Please note that consolidation service generally takes 2-3 business days to process and also be advised that once a consolidation request has been submitted, it cannot be reopened to add additional packages or cancel the request. This policy is in place to prevent any confusion in the packing process and to ensure optimal delivery service. Thank you for understanding.
Can I combine my order from KPOPMART and KMD store?
Yes, you can combine your packages from Kpopmart.com and KMD store! When you "checkout" an order from KPOPMART, you can send it to KMD address using your personal ID number. The package will be delivered directly to your KMD personal storage. Once KPOPMART order arrives at KMD(under personal ID number), then you can select it to be consolidated with other packages, including those from KPOPMART.
Why do I have to request for consolidation when I made only one order?
When you make an online order, especially when you are purchasing several items at once, some orders might not come in one box as you expected. Depending on the item quantity and size, the seller can send them in more than one box. This can easily cause the "Undeclared Parcels", and "Item lost" issues and finally the item to be found in KMD warehouse afterward.
WE SHIP 4U order case: To prevent this case, we kindly advise customers to check if there is 'multiple tracking numbers' or 'sub tracking number' under ONE order. Also, once the package arrives at KMD warehouse, please check the package weight and see if it is the whole package weight you were expecting. If you want to verify items, you can also request unboxing video to verify item quantity as well as condition.
WE SHOP 4U order case: There are some cases where sellers separate a single order into multiple packages. In this case, your order will be registered as one package ID number. Due to this status, there will be several packages under ONE order, which may cause the total package size to be larger. If you want to receive them in the minimal number of boxes, you can request consolidation service, and KMD warehouse team will combine all your orders into one box.
What is ‘INCLUSION ONLY’ service?
Only album inclusions such as K-pop idol photo cards, postcards, and POB (pre-order benefits) will be packed (poster is not included). Below is a detailed description of each inclusion-only service. Standard Inclusion-Only Service: We will include only album inclusions such as K-pop idol photo cards, postcards featuring the artist's image. All posters and albums will be discarded. (We include additional items from the photobooks, but the photobook itself will be discarded.)
Premium Inclusion-Only Service: This option allows you to attach images of specific items you wish to receive (e.g., POB goods, stickers), in addition to the K-pop idol photo cards and postcards included in the Standard Inclusion-Only Service.
*Please note: We cannot include items based on a specific member preference. Items will be included or excluded according to the item, not the member preference.
Inclusion-Only Service Fee: The service fee is applied to the total number of albums included in the package.

The "Keep" status indicates that your package is ready to be shipped and is scheduled to be dispatched in a 3-day interval between shipments. This status applies to packages being shipped to the UK or Spain to ensure smoother shipping and customs clearance to these specific locations.
Understanding the "Hold" Status and Its Reasons.
The "hold" status indicates that we need further confirmation from you. This status may appear while we are processing the packing service or after you have made a shipping request with payment. If your package is placed on hold after the shipping request, it could be for one of the following reasons:
1. Address Not in English: Ensure your address is written in English.
2. Missing Tax ID: Some countries, including Brazil and Indonesia, require a Tax ID. Please make sure to include this information on your incoming form.
3. Issues with Package Details: There may be problems with the value, quantity, or images of the items in your package.
4. Prohibited Items: Your package contains items we cannot ship, such as perfumes, candles, contact lenses, glasses, etc. Please check the list of prohibited items on our website for more details.

What is meant by "Dimensional Weight"?
Carriers consider both the size and weight of your package when determining the shipping cost. While weight is important, the amount of space the package occupies on the truck or plane can be even more significant. Dimensional or volumetric weight is a method of measurement that uses the dimensions (length x width x height) of the package. The shipping cost is based on the greater of the actual weight or dimensional weight. How is WE SHOP 4U commission fee and REQUEST scheme working?
When it comes to WE SHOP 4U commission, KMD charges US$1 on every request which means that 1 request page is one shot order and you can add request page as much as you want.
For example if you are placing 3 different items on the same store by adding different page then it is considered 3 shots.
So we charge $3 USD in total. However, if you are ordering 5 items which are the same product on one request page, In this case, only $1 USD is imposed on this request. Kindly contact us for further assistance.

How much is your storage fee after the Free storage period ends?
We will store your package(s) for free for up to 30 days from the date of receipt. Effective from June 1, 2025, if your package exceeds the free storage period (30 days), a storage fee of $1 per package per day will apply afterward. The maximum storage period is 30 days. After this period, KMD reserves the right to dispose of your package(s). If your packages are consolidated but any sub-package exceeds the free storage period, the storage fee will still apply to each sub-package. You will receive an automated notification regarding the expected date of disposal. You can also find the expiration date under the package details in the Warehouse section. Please visit Warehouse and arrange shipping before deadline, as the ultimate expiration date will be indicated under the package detail. Can KMD receive mails/envelopes as well?
No. KMD doesn’t receive any mail or envelops. We recommend sending items in a normal parcel with a valid tracking number. What is insurance coverage and how can I buy additional shipping insurance?
We handle damaged or lost packages according to each carrier's compensation policy. Since each carrier has different compensation limits and policies, you are advised to purchase shipping insurance for additional protection against shipping issues. --> KMD insurance fee: US$10 (KMD Handling Fee) + 2% of total invoice amount (up to US$1,000)
2. UPS Free insurance coverage : Max. $20/kg or US$100 which is greater.
--> KMD insurance fee: US$10 (KMD Handling Fee) + 2% of invoice total amount (up to US$1,000)
