Qatar, UAE, Kuwait, Jordan, Lebanon, Oman, Pakistan, Saudi Arabia
Domestic pickup and delivery services are currently operating normally.
However, due to airspace restrictions, international shipments may experience delays and could be temporarily held at transit locations while alternative routing is arranged.
Airport Closures
Airports in the following countries are currently closed:
· Bahrain
· Iraq
· Kuwait
· Qatar
In the UAE, only limited repatriation flights are currently operating due to security condition
Additional Notice
Due to the ongoing situation, international shipments to and from many Middle Eastern destinations remain highly restricted.
Even if shipments are collected from origin countries, they may be held at intermediate transit hubs.
Additionally, shipments to Turkey and parts of North Africa that normally transit through the Middle East may also experience delays or holds due to flight cancellations.
DHL is working to establish alternative routing options, and we will provide further updates as soon as new information becomes available.
Recommendation
Until the situation stabilizes, we recommend temporarily postponing shipments to the Middle East and North Africa regions that rely on Middle Eastern transit routes.
