DHL Service Resumption Notice – Canada & Israel-bound Shipments

We would like to share an important update regarding our shipping services.

The unprecedented strike by DHL Canada has officially ended, and normal operations resumed as of June 30, 2025.

All shipments that were previously delayed during the strike period will now be dispatched sequentially, and pickup services from Korea are also back to normal.
We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience caused by the service disruption, and we deeply appreciate your patience and understanding.
This experience serves as a valuable lesson, and we promise to strive for even better and more reliable service going forward.

Additionally, shipping services to Israel have also resumed.
