Shipping

Normally order is shipped out within 1~2 business days after payment accepted.

  • It excludes weekend and holidays.

  • We ship out orders on the basis of first come first served regardless of shipping method. Shipping can be delayed during busy season (Korean holidays, Christmas & New Year season, etc) and due to order rush.

  • Shipment notifications and product photos can be viewed directly in the customer’s service dashboard after dispatch.

  • Incoterms of all the shipping methods is DAP (Delivered at Place) thus none of accidents (damage/lost, theft, robbery, destruction, etc) or natural disasters (earthquakes, tsunamis, flood, etc.) are compensated unless the customer pays for insurance separately.

  • Shipping Insurance is a paid optional service that can be added at any time if the customer wants protection against possible damages or accidents during delivery.

Shipping FAQs

Once you place an order, it usually takes 2 ~ 5 business days for your item to arrive at KMD warehouse.
Delivery times may vary depending on the seller or if it’s a pre-order item.
Once your package arrives at our warehouse and you request international shipping,
delivery to your country typically takes 2–5 business days with express shipping.

Simply enter your KMDelivered Korean address (including your Personal ID) as the shipping address when placing your order on the Korean site.
Once your package arrives at our warehouse, you’ll be notified — and from there, you can choose your preferred international shipping method to have it delivered to your door.

When ordering from a Korean site, use your own name as the recipient and enter the KMDelivered Korean address along with your Personal ID and Korean phone number provided in your dashboard.
This ensures your package is correctly identified and processed at our warehouse.

You'll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number as soon as your order is shipped.

We only provide international shipping from Korea.
Unfortunately, we’re not able to deliver to addresses within South Korea.

When you sign up, you’ll instantly receive your own Personal ID and dedicated Korean address, which can be used for all your shipping and shopping needs.

Custom Tax

Before shipping from the KMDelivered.com warehouse, customers must manually enter the category and value of each item. KMDelivered declares the customs value based on the information provided directly by the customer.
Therefore, we are not responsible for any duties or taxes imposed by the destination country’s customs based on those declared values.
Customers can review and update the category and value of all items at any time before shipment.

  • For EMS, DHL, and UPS shipments to Chile, the declared customs value will be the PRODUCT PRICE (entered by the customer) + SHIPPING COST, as required by Chilean customs regulations.

  • For EMS, DHL, and UPS shipments to the UK, Turkey, India, China, and all EU countries, the declared customs value will be based on the product information (price) entered by the customer.
    As undervaluing is not permitted under the customs regulations of these countries, KMDelivered.com is not responsible for any delays, fines, or penalties caused by inaccurate or underreported product information provided by the customer.

  • VAT obligations for sellers and marketplaces in EU countries are imposed since July 1st 2021. It is not included in order amount but the receiver should pay for it to receive the shipment at destination.

Order Notes

Order Notes column is for the customer’s requests of tax/customs, packing, etc.

Do not input part of address or direction (apartment number, P.O Box number, phone number, etc.)

What you mentioned at this column would not be shown on the invoice and it may not be reflected on shipping/delivery information.

The order note is available on the cart page. Since you cannot leave an order note during checkout, please make sure to add it before proceeding - by going back to the cart page.

Delay Issue

Shipments can be returned to the sender or discarded without a notice due to absence of addressee, insufficient/wrong address, non-reclaim (the receiver did not provide tax information or submit documents according to the import law and regulations at destination within a certain period), etc.

  • If no one is at delivery address at the time of delivery, shipment can be back to the shipping company or returned to the sender. Customers should check tracking result time to time and try not to miss its delivery.

  • Shipping cost is the whole expense paid to courier companies and Kpopmart is not liable to refund initial shipping cost though the package is returned or discarded.

  • Handling cost can be charged separately for some special cases.

  • Delivery can be delayed during busy seasons like Christmas and New Year.

  • Delay or package return during delivery is not for compensation regardless of the reason.
