Bunjang is a fast-moving, peer-to-peer marketplace in Korea where listings are created and managed by individual sellers.

KMDelivered (KMD) enables international users to access Bunjang by providing payment support, domestic pickup, warehousing, and international shipping.

Before placing any Bunjang order through KMDelivered, please read the following carefully.

Proceeding with a purchase means you understand and agree to all terms below.

Bunjang orders are processed through an automated, real-time system.

Before completing payment, you must select “KMD WAREHOUSE” as the shipping destination.

All Bunjang purchases are first delivered to the KMD warehouse in Korea.

Order flow overview (including international shipping):

1. You select an item and complete payment
2. The shipping address is set to KMD WAREHOUSE
3. KMD purchases the item from the Bunjang seller automatically
4. The item is delivered to the KMD warehouse
5. Arrival is recorded with photos in your KMD Private ID (KMnumberX)
6. You select the item in your personal KMD Warehouse
7. You request international shipping and choose optional services
8. You enter your final delivery address and complete shipping payment
9. The item is shipped internationally

Your initial payment may include:

• Item price listed on Bunjang
  
• Domestic shipping (if charged by the seller)
  
• Overseas payment handling fees
• KMD Service fees

Price Changes

Even after you complete your purchase, the price may change.
This can occur during the bidding or purchase process if the seller:

• Adjusts the price, or
  
• Requests an additional fee.
  

If the seller requests an unreasonably high or unjustified additional fee, KMD may cancel the purchase, and your order may also be canceled.

If the additional fee is considered reasonable and necessary and you agree to proceed:

• KMD will complete the purchase
  
• The item will be delivered to the KMD warehouse
  
• The additional fee paid on your behalf will be recorded
  

Any additional fee paid in this process will be charged to you later, when your item is ready for final international shipping and delivery.

Once your Bunjang order has been processed, it cannot be changed or canceled.

• All purchases are processed immediately after payment
  
• No cancellations or refunds due to:
  - Change of mind
  - Seller response delays
  - Misreading or misunderstanding of listings
  This policy exists because Bunjang operates on live, real-time listings that may sell or change without notice.

KMDelivered is not the seller of Bunjang items.

• All items are listed and sold by individual sellers on Bunjang.
  
• KMD facilitates:
  - Secure overseas payment
  - Purchase processing
  - Pickup and receipt at the KMD warehouse
  - International shipping upon request

Item condition and details

• Item condition is based solely on the information provided by the seller in the product description.
  
• Once the item arrives at the KMD warehouse, it is received and recorded with arrival photos.
  
• KMD does not alter, repair, or authenticate items.

Returns & Refund Requests After Item Arrival

If you need to request a return or refund for a Bunjang item after it arrives at the KMD warehouse, you may use KMD’s Local Return & Exchange service.($5 per package)

Any additional costs required to process a return or exchange will be billed separately via email.

KMD will proceed step by step only after receiving your confirmation by email.

Additional charges may occur for the following reasons:

• Return shipping from the KMD warehouse back to the seller
  
• Additional fees requested by the seller
  
• Shipping costs for the seller to send a replacement item back to the KMD warehouse
  

(Not all charges apply in every case—only applicable costs will be charged.)

Please note that returns and refunds are subject to the seller’s acceptance and Bunjang marketplace rules.

Bunjang is a secondhand marketplace. Please proceed with caution.

High-Risk or Restricted Items

Extra care is strongly advised when purchasing:

• High-value collectibles
  
• Signed or limited items
  
• Electronics
  
• Listings with few photos or vague descriptions
  

Authenticity Disclaimer

• KMD does not guarantee authenticity
  
• Signed goods and rare items may not be genuine
  
• Purchases cannot be returned or refunded based on authenticity concerns
  

By proceeding, you accept all risks associated with secondhand marketplace transactions.

When purchasing Bunjang items, your billing address and shipping address are not related.

• The billing address used for card or PayPal payment is only for payment verification
  
• All Bunjang purchases are shipped to the KMD warehouse, regardless of your billing address
  

After your item arrives at the KMD warehouse:

1. The item appears in your personal KMD storage
   
2. You select the item(s) you wish to ship
   
3. You request international shipping
   
4. You enter your final delivery address
   
5. You complete the international shipping payment
   

Your package will be shipped to the address you enter at the international shipping checkout stage.
