Are you looking for an assisted purchasing service to shop Korean stores?
KMD proudly present WE SHOP 4U service to make your shopping a lot easier.

Online shipping from overseas can be tricky – language barriers, making account and payment issue.
So just tell us what you want and we take care of the rest.

We purchase requested items on your behalf and ship safely to your door -actually anywhere in the world.
It’s the easiest and simplest way to shop around Korean and your favorite K-brand with worry free.

STEP 1

Create Request

Go to SERVICE > WE SHOP 4U and click the + Create Request button to start your personalized Korean shopping request.

STEP 2

Enter your request details

Paste the product URL and select the appropriate category.

To ensure faster and safer international shipping from KMD to you, don’t forget to select a more specific sub-category. That small detail makes a big difference!

STEP 3

Submit your request

Just paste the product name, choose KRW or USD, and enter the price and quantity - that’s it!

You can also apply for a Fan Call, and request up to 10 different items at once.

STEP 4

Check Payment Quote

A KMD buying staff will send you the final estimate, including availability and possible alternatives.

All you need to do is wait for the status to update.

STEP 5

Proceed to Payment

Please complete the payment as quickly as possible so we can purchase your requested items timely from the store. The item will be delivered to KMD warehouse once purchased.

You can check the progress anytime in your account, and we’ll also notify you by email once the item arrives at our warehouse.

STEP 6

Item Arrival at Warehouse

Once you complete the payment in Step 5, KMD will immediately proceed with the purchase from the Korean store as requested.

As soon as the store ships the item to KMD’s warehouse, you’ll be able to track your favorite product arriving safely at our facility.

STEP 6-1

Data Confirmation

Once the items arrive at the KMD warehouse, their status will automatically change to Ready to Ship.

However, some customers may choose to use Modify Data to adjust the purchase amount.
(Modify Data > Confirm Data)

Please note that modifying this information may lead to potential customs issues.

STEP 7

Check-up Video & Split

We highly recommend you to use Check-Up Video service which is payable extra to inspect your items upon arrival at KMD warehouse.

Check-Up Video allows you to record a video from the moment your package is opened, helping you verify its contents.

If there is an issue with your item, you can contact the seller separately and use KMD’s Local Return & Exchange option.

Split is the best option if you want to divide your shipment into multiple parcels for delivery.

STEP 8

Shipping Request

Have your package delivered wherever you want.

Select your items and choose Shipping Request to access various packaging options.

After selecting your preferred options, you will receive a preliminary shipping estimate.

Once your items are packed at the KMD warehouse, a final shipping estimate will be provided to you.

STEP 9

Payment for Shipment

Now you only need to complete the shipping payment.

Please review your selected options and pay the final estimated amount.

STEP 10

Shipment Tracking

If your shipment status has changed to Shipped in the SHIPMENTS section, you can now track your cargo.

Simply click on the shipment and then click on the provided tracking number to view the real-time tracking status on the carrier’s website at any time.
